Celine Dion hails from a small town called Charlemagne in Quebec. Celine is the youngest of 14 children. As well, in 1983, Dion received a Gold Record in France, the very first Canadian to do so. Moreover, Celine was awarded numerous Felix Awards and had many platinum albums, culminating in 1988 with the distinguished Eurovision Song Contest in Dublin Ireland. Celine sang live before a 600 million-television audience throughout Europe.
