Lose Weight #1: Eat 5 or more smaller meals
To keep your metabolism fast and efficient... and your digestive system working smoothly to eliminate toxins and waste sludge from your body, eat 5 smaller meals instead of 3 big meals. Why? Because 3 big meals blocks up your digestive system during the digestive process. If you were to use 5 smaller meals, the exit time of the wastes would be greatly reduced because the digestive system doesn't have to work as hard.

Drinking a lot of water is a boring tip, I know... but do it anyway. If you drank water right now, you can expect about a 20-30% increase in the speed of your metabolism almost immediately. By doing mini-workouts (2-10 minute workouts) instead of longer workouts, your give the body an extra boost to it's metabolism more often. Basically, you're training your body to have a quicker metabolism. I use TV commercials for my mini-workouts. I do 2 minutes at a time during each commercial. Over 1 hour, that usually equals about 22 minutes of working out during a typical TV show.
