Celine Dion Concert

One of the most celebrated artists in the music industry Celine Dion. She was born in Canada on March 30 1968. Even though she had a big and not that rich family she made it big as due to her managers financial backing she became a French teen idol. In the 1990s she released her first album titled Unison and gained popularity in many different countries around the world.

But even before that Dion was very much known around the world by winning very prestigious singing contests in the 1980s.That lead to a deal with a very top company Sony Records. Her manager Rene Angelil had a big hand in contributing to her fame, popularity and success in the 1990s.During these years her English and French albums were renowned around the world, leading to her becoming a worldwide famous celebrity. But unfortunately she stopped singing songs later that year due to personal and family problems. Her husband was diagnosed with a very dangerous and monstrous disease known as cancer. However she made a comeback in 2002 and performed in Las Vegas due to her five year contract signing.

Celines music has been influenced by a lot of other genres mainly hip hop, rock and many more. Although some critics term has voice as too over the top but many love and adore her strong voice. In the coming years, she was honored with many top awards and statistics showed that she had sold 175 million albums worldwide, this figure extended to 200 million in the year 2007. She gained the label of being the best singing female celebrity mainly due to her success.
